'Restrictions on Internet Access through Probation Orders Pursuant to Section 56c StGB': The aim of the thesis is to investigate a measure for resocialisation adapted to digital life by focusing on internet restrictions through probation conditions. The study focuses on the analysis of the constitutional protection of online activities and the suitability of § 56c StGB as a legal basis for internet bans. Furthermore, it analyses the resocialising effects of internet restrictions through probation conditions and the actual feasibility with a particular focus on monitoring options.
