'License Analogy in German und Turkish Intellectual Property Law': The study analyzes the calculation method of damages in the form of a license analogy from the perspective of German and Turkish intellectual property law. Unlike German law, Turkish copyright law allows awarding three times the appropriate license fee as a private penalty. With regard to Turkish law, the study examines whether an appropriate standard can be found for lump-sum damage determination in relation to the license analogy.
