This makes it the better choice for sensitive HVAC work involving slow-moving or near-static airflow, where a vane probe would struggle to register a reading at all. An 80cm telescopic rod with double graduation extends reach into ceiling voids, duct access points and grilles without needing a ladder or repositioning the instrument.
