This A4 landscape pad includes 50 sets of individually numbered, 2-part carbonless forms, giving a copy retained by the engineer and one by the gas user. Construction includes double covers, triple-stitched binding and a writing guard for long-lasting, practical use, and each form is perforated for easy removal without compromising the pad's spine. ⚠️ This pad is not for Landlords Gas Safety Records.
